We are here to assist with helping individuals live their best life with the minimal invasion of necessary staff but the security of knowing someone is there for emergency’s and guidance. Usually assists are under 20 to 30 minutes and the recipient is back to being as independent as possible. We assist with everything from peri care to repositioning, med call reminders, transports, phone coaching and reassurance.    This is an on call position. There is no promise of hours but you can easily work up to 40 hours in a two week period depending on your availability. We request that you pick up one to two shifts weekly at minimum. Shifts are 24/7: 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 3pm - 11pm, 4pm - 12am, 7pm - 3am, 11pm - 7am, and 12am to 8am. Weekend shift coverage is required. All shifts will need coverage at some point. Advance Notice is usually given except during illness or emergency.   Hourly Rate: $13.92 - $18.69
